1. How long can Firerose product last?

Different types of products have different lifespans. It depends on the product type you use and the frequency of your vaping. Our experimental data on counting the puff is a puff per second, so if taking a puff for 2-3 seconds or longer, you might get fewer puffs. The lasting time is also affected by power, resistance, battery, weather and temperature.
However, Firerose values user experience and makes our product last longer than most of the disposables on the market.

2. How to know when the products run out of e-liquid?

When you can not draw anything out when the device has sufficient power.

3. Why can't I draw anything with the new product?

Please remove the sticker on the air inlet before use. Or please charge your product and make sure it has sufficient power.

General Issue

1. Where can I discard the used Firerose product?

Classed as Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE), disposable e-cigarettes are not biodegradable and should be disposed of at household recycling centers – not in general waste bins.
By recycling disposable e-cigs, vapers help to limit pollution, reduce landfill waste and protect the environment.
Or you can try to find Firerose Recycling Bin around you and put the used disposable products in.

2. What are the main ingredients in your e-liquid?

The main ingredients are food grade or pharmaceutical grade propylene glycol and vegetable glycerin, natural & artificial flavor (except for nicotine-free products).

3. Where to buy your product?

You can purchase Firerose products in the e-cig shops and the online stores.
